LYLE & SCOTT
Lyle & Scott blev dannet i 1874, da deres grundlæggere, William Lyle og Walter Scott, købte en fabrik i Hawick, Skotland, med ambitionen om at lave strikket undertøj af høj kvalitet.
Lyle & Scott troede fast på vigtigheden af kvalitet og håndværk – noget de stadig stræber efter i dag. Denne dedikation til at skabe førsteklasses stykker betød, at rygtet hurtigt spredte sig om Lyle & Scott, og i 1910 var deres Hawick-hjem tredoblet i størrelse.
Det er sikkert at sige, at meget har ændret sig siden 1910, men Hawick vil altid forblive Lyle & Scott’s hjem.
